Refunds & Returns Policy: Tynedale 4 Tags

If you make an order of livestock tags or accessories from Tynedale4Tags and the tags or accessories are in any way faulty, or we have not fulfilled your order correctly, a full replacement or refund will of course be made at no charge.

Please do check the information you send us, before confirming the order.

Tags printed accurately to your specification, do not not count as faulty goods and no refund will be issued where you have made a mistake in the information you send us.

If your products are faulty, please notify us by email at: or phone 016973 42060 for assistance within 28 days.

Please note that you should, in all cases, check product deliveries for faults: before signing for them with the courier.

All orders are checked before posting and securely packaged. However, if you wish to return your order to us, you must do so within 28 days of receipt.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to withhold money if a returned item is damaged or unsaleable.

The delivery charge is non-refundable except in cases where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Tynedale Farm Services, trading as Tynedale4Tags, cannot be held responsible for any errors not reported to us within 28 days of receipt.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure that tag numbers are correct before tagging the animal.

Please double check that the tag is inserted in the correct animal that it is registered to: as failure to do so could lead to financial losses on your part.
